The Tautphaus Zoo

Before I start with the zoo here is a really cute picture of Lauren on the boat at Hyrum dam from a few weeks ago. Isn't she cute, the life jacket is huge on her!We went to the Tautphaus zoo in Idaho falls on Saturday and it turned out better than expected. When we first showed up there were so many cars that I was wondering if we should even attempt to go in. We parked a block away and decided to walk. As we got closer we saw a carnival going on, so we decided to go see that first. It ended up being really cool, it was a culture fest with a free crafts tent. The girls made a few cool things.

Once we finally made it to the zoo, we went to pay and they told us that it was a free zoo day. YES!! A free fun day.

Rexburg is a sweet home!!!

Here is our house. We still don't have everything the way it eventually will be, but we are working on it and this is our progress after 3 weeks... Jailyn, Andi & Lauren share a room and this is Lauren's bed.

My Colee is Awesome!

As all of you know I have the coolest sisters ever and today I think my little sister is really awesome and adorable. Colee has such an amazing personality that is very contagious. Ya know that saying " if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" That is so true for Colee. If she is happy so is everyone else. She is so also very smart, talented and creative, which is mostly the reason for this post.

Colee made a skirt this summer and entered it into it Cache County Fair, It was so perfect that they decided it needed to compete at the State Fair. She entered it into the Fair and it won first place and got a blue ribbon!!! My super cuter sister Colee!!
The pastel skirt with the ruffles is her skirt, isn't it awesome. I love this girl so much and still think that she should come live with me in Rexburg for at least a year or forever, whichever comes last. Muah I love you girlie and congrats on your big win, i'm so proud of you.

The last few weeks of Chaos

First off here is my beautiful Andi Lu in her 3 year old pictures!

Everything in here is in reverse so here is our annual family vacation with my family up diamond creek for the elk hunt. The kids were all enjoying riding in the back of the truck and Andi eventually fell asleep in the exact same position she is in, in this picture.

Lauren livin it up in the pack n' play. I forgot how hard it is to go camping with a baby this age. She eats everthing and is crawling so she pretty much lived in the pack-n-play for the weekend.

While we were staying at my parents house we tried to earn some of our rent by helping finish my parents basement. Here are a few pictures of the things that rich did.

He did all the baseboard and stuff, but he custom made this air return so that it would match the other finish work. Eventually we will stain it so that it matchs.

He also made this awesome bench that has three sections to fit three times as much crap in!

He also made this awesome entertainment center from scratch!

Andi had a mole removed because it was suspicious looking, but the results came back they weren't scary, so everything looks great for now.

We went to trout and berry days in paradise and Talon, Jailyn and Andi Lu got to catch these fish with their bare hands!

And we went to the parade!

Lauren had a lot of fun while we were trying to move. I kept loosing her because the girls would pack her away for safe keeping in boxes and bins and stuff...

...and at the end of the day she was just plain tuckered out!

Sorry it has been so long since I wrote something on here, but we are finally moved to Rexburg, Rich is in school and life is starting to slow down a little. Also, I just got the internet yesterday.

Here is her crocodile birthday cake! She loved him and kept trying to eat his scales! Grandpa Jim gets all the credit on the scales. He came into the kitchen when I was almost done with the tale and I handed it off to him. Isn't he amazing!
We had a pinata. the home made kind. It was really cute it looked like an expedition bag!

She loved all of her presents and is so funny she loves the creepy crawly things and loves to be a princess. She usually combines them and has a croc in her purse.

Her new shoes!!!

Her mess free coloring book from Aunt Katie. We don't believe that it is mess free, because Andi can make a mess out of anything. It is one of her many Talents.
