This week we had Colee come up and stay with us. We loved it and miss having her up here with us. We had a lot of fun and played at the waterpark everyday except for one and that day we had a water slide, swimpool and sprinkler in the back yard. Here are our pictures of hanging out at the awesome FREE swim/splash park in Rexburg!
Colee before she knew how much she wanted to play in the water with the girls.
Colee enjoying the water...finally! She loved it and the girls loved having her there to play with.
Other than the swim park we had many adventures with Colee. We went to the snow shack - twice, enjoyed some shopping at porters (Colees favorite store in Rexburg), the girls and Colee went to Summer Sweeties, which is a weekly girls camp for Jai & Andi, walked all over campus to find Rich, and...
...went over to our garden plot to try and garden and we started feeling a few rain drops like 1 or 2 in five minutes so we decided it was time to go home and not water the garden. By the time we got went 30 yards back onto the street we were in a total downpour that was hitting us really hard and felt like hail:). We only had to go about 1 block but we were all completely soaked by the time we got in the house. I know it looks like it is way late in the picture, but it was only like 7:00.
Jailyn had her first soccer practice, and she did pretty good for her first attempt. She looks super cute in her yellow and blue, but we were quickly informed that the colors in Rexburg, Idaho are Red and Blue so we have to get her a new jersey.
Colee learned how funny and smart Lauren is. She doesn't talk much, but she loves to help out and is a great listener. She understands most everything that we say and loves to throw things in the garbage when she asked to.
Jailyn and Andi had Gymnastics on Thursday night and they did great, but I was pretty frustrated because they had a different teacher tonight, who didn't really try to teach them anything. She just let them play the WHOLE time. I can take them to the park and let them play for FREE, I don't need to pay someone $15 an hour so that my girls can play while I watch them. Also their classes were combined, which also was retarded.
We miss our Colee and can't wait to see her again soon, and hopefully have her come stay with us again.
